Sessions must be booked at least 1h before the class as numbers are limited.

 

Monday 5:00PM Circuit.  Circuits alternate each week between body weight and weighted sessions.  Limited to 10 people per session.

 

Wednesday 5PM Boxing.  All level of fitness welcome. Focusing on technique, building strength and confidence. Limited to 10 people per session

 

Thursday 9:30AM Circuit.  Mums on the run 45 min session small group. Focusing on legs and abs. Limited to 10 people per session.

 

Followed by 7PM Adults Boxing session.  Limited to 10 people per session.
